CNC precision, real materials
We work with high-density closed-cell polyethylene (PE), cross-linked polyethylene (XPE), and polyurethane (PU) foams — the same materials used across the case-protection industry — cut on CNC and laser equipment for clean, repeatable edges.
Two-color “shadow” layers, custom depths, and multi-tier layouts are all part of the standard process, not an upcharge afterthought.
